I am a Food Scientist with over 20 years experience in the food and drinks industry having worked in a wide variety of food sectors. London based for over 20 years. I  have previously worked in Spain, Argentina and Scotland. 

Until the creation of PM consulting in January 2014 I worked as a Lead R&D Technical Manager for Unilever UK and Ireland.

I hold a Food Science Degree, a Masters in Food Safety and Control and a Third Party Auditor qualification in BRC Food Safety Standards.

I am creative and enjoy co-generating competitive product and health claims with brand teams.
